Brighter and milder here today where we worked Seeking Power, Four Fiddlers and Skipping Chapel at Lucinda's the others worked on the all weather and, at last, the riverbank. The latter is our summer gallop, 7 furlongs of deep sand it is an excellent workout when conditions are dry, we only use it from April until October. Grania the physio was in and together with Gillian she worked on Almost Blue, Minimo, Playing Footsie and "Alf" all of whom benefitted from the treatment, she also checked over half a dozen others.
An abortive trip to the cinema last night when it transpired that the website was showing the wrong time for the film, never mind they reimbursed us for the tickets and our ice creams (badly needed after a fiery trip to Nandos!) and gave us free tickets for another day, we entertained ourselves instead by parking up outside the big windows of Bannatynes and ate our ice creams watching all sorts of different shapes and sizes of people put themselves through agony on a variety of strange looking machines.
