| Men in Suits - it's a serious business! |
April was a tremendous month for us and I am anxious to keep the ball rolling however the extraordinary weather continues so none of our 4 entries at Kelso tomorrow are running and our horses were also absent from the Lauderdale p2p on Sunday. We have entries this weekend at Aspatria and Hexham on Saturday, the weather will break by then but I'm not sure if the rain will come in time. We have started to turn some horses away for their summer break but will have 8 or 9 to run throughout May; of those Twelve Paces, Daasij and Seeking Power went to work at Lucinda's this morning and another batch will go later in the week, bizarrely our "riverbank" gallop is actually too dry at present so apart from going very steadily on that we only have our AW and Lucinda's woodchip to work with.
