Sunny Saturday

Glorious sunny morning, still cool but spirits raised after days of rain and a busy morning with most of the horses working on the all-weather, a few others having a four mile scamper round the farm. Plans being made for Perth next weeek, lots of entries but tricky to work out what the ground will be like, should be decent but a handful of entries at Aintree on Friday as well to keep all options covered. We just might be able to get a few horses turned away to grass next week, several will be enjoying some spring sunshine out in the paddocks this afternoon. Lucy riding out in Yorkshire this morning, due to be at Uttoxeter tomorrow where she has two rides for Richard Ford - Golden Dream in the 4pm and Dulally in the 5pm, I will be using the opportunity of a blank weekend to go round the country to see some young horses for the future
